Your non-refundable deposit of $54 is submitted through our secure server and must be paid for in order to complete your registration. We accept all major forms of credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard. If you have multiple children attending the summer camp, please submit a separate registration for each child.
Families can cancel at any time with a full refund minus the initial deposit. Invoices are created after registration and deposit has been received and sent out via Brightwheel, the app we use all summer for payments and communications. All invoices are due 5 days before camp. Even if something comes up after, and your family needs to cancel, we will refund you that invoices amount! A few days notice would be great, so someone on the waitlist can get in.
