Counselor
Annika is excited to return for her second year at the Alta Summer Camp. She grew up in Oklahoma City and visited Utah throughout her childhood, then finally moved to SLC after college to continue exploring the state’s various landscapes. Her childcare experience, college education, and innate curiosity in human nature fuel her passion to contribute to youth mental health and wellbeing. When she’s not wearing her camp counselor hat, Annika enjoys hiking, backpacking, playing board games, people-watching at the park, and spending time with her friends. She has a a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a B.A. in Education from UC Santa Cruz and recently completed her WFR certification.
