Ben experiences working in summer camping have spanned 28 years. During that time he has taken summer campers on numerous adventures ranging from hour long hikes in local parks to 10 day kayaking expeditions in Northern Canada. During his tenure in summer camping he has worked as a counselor, line head, assistant director, and director providing him with a time tested approach fun based philosophy to youth development.
